La maison Pierre Hermé

by Florette Nacer

Created in 1997, the Maison de Haute-Pâtisserie imagined by Pierre Hermé and Charles Znaty inaugurated its first boutique in Tokyo in 1998 followed in 2001 by Parisian pastry shop at 72 rue Bonaparte, in the heart of the Saint-Germain district.
From the rigorous choice of raw materials to the sweet delights sold in carefully designed boutiques, through studied packaging and impeccable quality of service, Pierre Hermé’s creations bear the seal of luxury at each stage of their development.
Today, every day, in the Pierre Hermé Paris boutiques, more and more fans come to discover pastries, macaroons and chocolates: treasures of delicacies made with the passion for taste specific to Pierre Hermé, voted Best Pastry Chef in the World by Academy of World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
